Inside Finance provides structured educational curricula covering finance career tracks (Hedge Funds, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Asset Management, and others), Role Explorer profiles describing day-to-day realities of finance roles, interactive quizzes, flashcards, and case studies, an AI-powered tutor for finance-related questions, interview preparation materials and glossary resources, and career guidance content.
4. Eligibility and Account Registration
You must be at least 16 years old to use Inside Finance. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, you will maintain the security of your credentials, and you are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Inside Finance only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not scrape or redistribute platform content without written permission, use automated tools to access the platform, share your account credentials with others, or use the platform for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on Inside Finance — including curricula, role profiles, case studies, flashcards, quiz questions, written copy, graphics, and the software — is owned by or licensed to Inside Finance and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
7. AI Tutor — Important Disclaimer
Inside Finance includes an AI-powered tutor that generates responses based on educational content. This tool is provided for learning purposes only. Nothing produced by the AI tutor constitutes financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, or professional advice of any kind. Always consult a qualified professional for such matters.
8. Third-Party Services
Inside Finance uses third-party services including Clerk (for authentication) and OpenAI (for AI tutor functionality). Your use of those services is also subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
9. Availability and Changes to the Service
We do not guarantee that Inside Finance will be available at all times. We reserve the right to update, change, or remove features of the platform at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice.
10. Disclaimers
Inside Finance is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The platform is intended solely for general educational purposes and does not constitute career, financial, legal, or professional advice.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inside Finance and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim (or, if the service was free to you, £50).
